Early this morning I finished Osprey Warrior #4: US Cavalryman 1865 - 1890. This covers the post-Civil War expansion into the previously unsettled lands, up until the time of the Wounded Knee massacre. The book covers a bit of history, but is primarily a book about the equipment of the cavalryman. Of moderate interest.
